DEAN RIGLER aged 52 of Wallace Road, Broadstone. Pleaded not guilty but found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. Community order made to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next twelve months. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. To be reduced by 273 days if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
Also admitted possession of one gram of cocaine, a Class A drug. Community order as above.
