THE Holdenhurst pedestrian footbridge will be closed for three days this week as workers resurface the decking.
The closure will operate between 9am on Thursday and 9am on Saturday and is part of the essential maintenance programme on the bridge over the A338 Wessex Way.
The works involved repainting the bridge, steelwork repairs, removing and reapplying an anti-slip surface, and fixing a cycle ramp on the pedestrian bridge.
Lane closures which were in place for part of the work has now finished.
