SINGING astronaut Chris Hadfield has picked out Portland as the place to visit after spotting it on his five month mission in space.
The 53 year old adventurer was sent into a spin by the look of the Royal Manor while in orbit around the earth.
He told how he liked the look of the island and may even pay a visit now he is back on earth.
The Isle of Portland looks like an interesting place - the type I'd like to visit now that I'm back on Earth. twitter.com/Cmdr_Hadfield/…

The astronaut kept his hundreds of thousands of Twitter followers entertained by giving us earthlings an insight into what life in space is really like while on the space station.
He tweeted around 1,500 times from orbit and captured some stunning images of numerous islands, countries, towns and cities from around the world plus some breathtaking space landscapes.
