TWO people have been arrested in connection with a cash box robbery in Ringwood earlier this year.
The incident took place outside Lloyds TSB bank in Ringwood High Street on February 1.
Hampshire Police have now arrested two men in London in connection with the theft of the cash box.
Detectives arrested a 25-year-old man from Islington and a 26-year-old man from Camden. Both men are being held at Lyndhurst Police Station.
The incident in February took place as a security guard was delivering cash to a bank.
Two men arrived on a motorcycle and took the cash box before fleeing up Mansfield Road towards the A31.
A black Honda SH300 scooter-style motorbike was later found abandoned at Narrow Lane in Poulner near the slip road onto the eastbound side of the A31.
