A PROGRAMME of events has been published for the Fisherman’s Walk Centenary event which happens in Southbourne on Sunday, May 26.
The fun starts at 11am when visitors can check out craft and food stalls in the walk or children can take part in pond dipping.
Live entertainment starts at midday with rock ‘n’ roll band Loose Konnection, followed by Adam Smith on the accordion between 1.15pm and 2pm.
The 100th birthday celebration cake will be cut at 2pm, followed by performances from the Bournemouth University Big Band, Sinatra Tribute Anthony Adams, a fancy dress competition and Drumshare community drummers.
Throughout the day there will be competitions and displays of vintage cars and classic motorcycles.
