A FUN and free weekend of family fun activities is coming to Bournemouth next weekend.
The Bournemouth South West Baby Show, held on June 1 and 2, aims to be bigger and better than ever, with a new venue of the Pavilion and even more people expected than the 5,000 who attended last year.
Now, in its third year, the entertainment is set to include visits from Alice and the Mad Hatter from Adventure Wonderland, Peppa Pig and Friends, face painting, crafts, and more for the little ones.
Parents will also be able to enjoy talks from local and national speakers, as well as healthcare professionals offering one-to-one advice.
Carly Page, organiser, said: “It’s really an event for the whole family, as more nans and granddads look after their grandchildren these days whilst their parents go to work.”
She added: “I started this show after realising that I couldn’t find all the information I needed as a new parent, all under one roof.
“So, the South West Baby Show was born and we offer lots to do for children up to the age of six, as well as information desks, free samples and goody bags.”
The event is being sponsored by Westover Group, Tops Day Nurseries, Lemur Landings, Vicky Bright Photography and Fusion Performing Arts School.
There will also be entertainment and displays on the showcase stage throughout the day.
