ŠKODA has come out on top in the renowned JD Power satisfaction survey. The Superb was voted the UK’s best car – up from fourth place last year – while the Yeti was just behind, taking second place. Jaguar was top firm for the second year in succession.

RENAULT unveiled its Twin’Run at the Monaco Grand Prix last weekend. It said the new concept car “cultivates the sporting spirit of the brand and celebrates automotive passion by paying homage to the legendary R5 Turbo and Clio V6”.

The French firm said it previewed the styling of Renault’s future city car.

NISSAN has revealed pricing for its new 2013 model year 370Z range with the revised line-up kicking off at £26,995. And adding to the good news is the arrival of the 370Z Nismo, which will cost from £36,995.

Revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in March, the 370Z Nismo is the second model in Nissan’s new European Nismo line-up, following the Juke.
