A MAN was left with a broken arm and head injuries after he was brutally attacked by two men in Bournemouth town centre.
Detectives are now appealing for witnesses to come forward – with officers releasing CCTV images of two men they wish to speak to.
Police said on Friday that the assault happened at around 11.40pm on Sunday, May 19, outside the Sony Centre in Holdenhurst Road.
The victim, a 39-year-old of no fixed abode, was set upon by two men, who punched and kicked him.
He suffered a broken arm, swelling and head injuries.
DS Paul Auger, of Bournemouth CID, said: “Following enquiries, I am now able to release images of two men I would like to speak with who I believe can help us with our investigation.
“The victim has suffered some very nasty injuries as a result of this attack, and we are very keen to find those responsible.
“The offenders are both described as white men, with one wearing a rucksack.
“I would urge the two men pictured – and anyone who recognises them – to contact me in confidence.”
No arrests have been made.
Witness should call police on 101, quoting incident numbers 19:461, or call the free and anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
