TO CELEBRATE this year’s Yeovilton Air Day, the Daily Echo has seven pairs of tickets to the show to giveaway.
Royal Naval Air Station Yeovilton, Somerset will open its doors to 30,000 visitors on Saturday July 13 with an action-packed family day out at its annual International Air Day.
The award-winning Air Day will host world class aerobatic teams such as the Red Arrows and military fast jet and helicopter displays from the UK and abroad.
Confirmed displays include Typhoon, F16 Falcon, F/A18 Hornet, Chinook and much more.
A reminder of Britain’s proud aviation heritage will be provided by classic jets such as the Vulcan bomber and historic warbirds such as the Lancaster, Spitfire, Hurricane and Swordfish. The finale to the event will be the renowned Commando Assault Demonstration with plenty of pyrotechnics!
Throughout the day, families can enjoy plenty of entertainment on the ground including static aircraft, interactive military displays, Royal Marines Band, supercar exhibition, funfair, simulators, helicopter pleasure flights, trade stalls and much more.
