Brad Pitt wants to make a "couple" of sequels to his new zombie film World War Z, which he filmed in Dorset last year.
Dozens of fans got a glimpse of the Hollywood superstar as he ploughed through the waves at Lulworth Cove on a speed boat. He was then seen jumping off the boat and running up the beach into the arms of his family in the film.
World War Z, which is based on Max Brooks' 2006 novel of the same, follows Pitt as a former United Nations employee who is tasked with finding the origin of a deadly virus which has plagued the world's population and turned humans into zombies.
Quizzed about a potential sequel at the film's world premiere at the Empire Cinema in London's Leicester Square yesterday, said: "I think it lends itself to a couple of them. We've certainly got enough to mine from the book and enough to pick up, certainly, if this thing works."
While filming in Lulworth the actor donated more than £700 to mum Karley Gallagher’s campaign.
Karley had organised an event on the same day filming was taking place to raise money for the neo natal unit that treated her baby son, Zachary.
Worried that his presence might detract from the charity day, owner of the Gift Shop cafe, Tricia Wilson-Hughes had a word with two of the star’s security guards.
Later they came back with an envelope full of money. “I was totally gobsmacked,” said Tricia.
“I just couldn’t believe it. They were just so generous. I thought they were going to give me £50 or something.”
She added: “Brad also signed some postcards for us to sell for the fund.
