HUNDREDS of young people took to their bikes over the weekend for the Slades Farm Festival of Sport and Talent in Bournemouth.
In addition to stalls, demonstrations and entertainment, there were people of all ages who took to their BMXs, track bikes, scooters and skateboards at the skate park and on the velodrome.
The family-fun event, which ran from Friday to Sunday, also saw singers, dancers, and poets from across Dorset, and a huge funfair for all to enjoy in the glorious sunshine.
Acts included singers Krista Green and Annie Christopher, poetry from Steve Biddle and Paul Harris and opera from international tenor, Jon Andrews.
Families could enjoy storytelling sessions, games, activities, and a fun dog show, as well as a battle of the bands and competition by local choirs, over the three-day event.
