A GIANT of a pantomime will be entertaining audiences in Poole this Christmas.
Jack and the Beanstalk runs from December 6 until January 5 with Debra Stephenson, right, (The Impression Show and Coronation Street) returning to Lighthouse as hero Jack and Patrick O’Kane (Game of Thrones, The Borgias) as villainous Fleshcreep.
After his successful app-earance as the loveable Police-man in last year’s Aladdin, Neil Smye will be returning as the King. The plot sees the Trott family in trouble again.
Dame Trott is behind with the rent and her two sons need to make some money and fast.
When Jack goes to sell his beloved cow, all he can get is a measly bag of beans, so our hapless hero is soon in the doghouse with his mother.
But these are, of course, no ordinary beans.
When a giant beanstalk appears in the garden, Jack realises his extraordinary adventures are just about to begin.
So get ready to join hero Jack on this magical family adventure to climb the beanstalk, defeat the giant and retrieve the golden treasure.
The Poole audience is in safe hands as this year’s panto is from the team who brought you Lighthouse hits Aladdin, Cinderella and Peter Pan.
