A PENSIONER seriously injured after being involved in a crash with a bus along Sandford Road three days ago remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
Police were called to the A351, outside Sandford Middle School, on Sunday afternoon after the 88-year-old was in collision with a Wilts & Dorset Bus.
Nobody else was injured in the accident, but the bus driver was treated for shock by paramedics at the scene.
Dorset Police closed the road for three hours while a detailed examination took place and Wilts & Dorset Buses say they’re fully cooperating with the investigation.
The company said: “We hope the woman makes a fast and full recovery.”
