FOUR fire crews are attempting to control a blaze at flats in Bournemouth.
Dorset Fire and Rescue confirmed 20 firefighters were called to Pine Lodge in Boscombe Spa Road at 12.20pm.
A spokesman told the Daily Echo hose reel jets are being used in a bid to control the fire, thought to have gone up through a void in the building.
Station manager Richard Jones from Highcliffe fire station said the fire started when roofers re-felting a balcony set fire to timbers.
There are no reports of any casualties and damage is described as minimal.
