AN INQUEST is to be opened at Bournemouth tomorrow morning into the death of a 29-year-old Wool woman who died when her car hit a tree near Monkey World at the weekend.
The woman, who has not yet been officially identified but was named locally as Kelly Wood, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happened at a bend in the road from Bere Regis to Wool at Longthorns around 8pm on Sunday.
Floral tributes with poignant messages from the young woman’s loved ones have been left at the base of the tree.
One card says: “Sweet dreams my beautiful daughter”, while another says: “The best sister to me, perfection. Such a kind person.”
A single white flower left with a picture of a man and woman carries a message in a child’s handwriting. It says: “We will all miss you, my dad, dogs, bunnies. We hope you are happy where you are.”
If you would like to pay tribute to Kelly, please email newsdesk@bournemouthecho.co.uk.
