PETER JOHN NURDIN aged 20 of Juniper Close, Wimborne. Admitted a breach of non-molestation order, by making a comment on Facebook when prohibited by an order made by Bournemouth County Court. Committed to detention in a young offenders institution for 30 days. Also admitted the theft of a pack of nappies belonging to Co-op, Langton Road, Blandford. Committed to detention for 30 days concurrent with above. Also admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Southampton Magistrates Court by failing to report as directed for the unpaid work requirement. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. Also sentenced for offence in respect of which a community order was made on March 14 –theft of two jackets to the value of £800 belonging to Aivly Country Stores, Ringwood. Committed to detention for seven days concurrent with above.
