A NEW property letting and management company has opened its doors in Winton.
Orange Lettings has moved into the appropriately-named Citrus House in Wimborne Road.
The management team is headed by Suzi A’Barrow, an experienced lettings manager who has moved from another Winton letting agency.
Suzi is joined by Richard Gale MD of Gale Homes and Investments, a Bournemouth-based property development and investment company.
The firm said part of its ethos is to use local trades and services in all aspects of its business.
Suzi said: “Being local to the area we know there’s a great amount of talented local businesses which we’ve used in the setup of Orange Lettings and we intend to continue doing so as we move forward.
“Winton has a strong group of traders that make up the Winton Business Association and we want to play our part in bringing prosperity back to the High Street.
“Orange Lettings is a local company and not a franchise that sends business away from Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch by using services from outside the area.
“Among others we have already used the services of Cracking Media, Nova Contract Cleaners, Wessex Windows and 644 Print, who are all based in Winton and we are now looking to use other businesses in Wimborne Road and the surrounding area.”
Orange Lettings is run by landlords for landlords and looks to build a business based on years of experience around the needs of landlords, it said.
Orange Lettings will be officially opening the doors to their new offices in Citrus House on Wednesday, August 21.
President of the Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Mandy Payne, will be doing the honours.
