THE results are in and the GCSE celebrations have been going on all day. Despite a slight drop in the national pass rate, a number of Dorset secondary schools say they notched up their best ever performance.
It was supposedly a “turbulent” year for the exam system according to the experts, but that problem clearly passed by most local students.

It has been an excellent result all round and the students, their teachers and parents deserve every congratulation.
