THOSE who stole thousands of pounds of tools from Neil Barry would not have known about the heartache he and his family are already suffering.

Neil’s young daughter Freya was diagnosed with leukaemia and has been in and out of hospital for chemotherapy.

Though in comparison with his daughter’s health, the burglary is insignificant, it’s a blow he could well do without.

Staff at a local garage have donated some tools but he needs all the equipment.

As with most thefts and burglaries like this, those responsible have little idea and even less concern about the consequences of their criminality.
