A MOTHER-OF-FOUR is desperately trying to track down a half-brother who was born in Bournemouth.
Cireena Read hopes Dominic Marriott is still in the area and is keen to hear from Daily Echo readers who can help her to find him.
Mrs Read, who lives in Norfolk, is 32 years old and believed she was an only child until a year ago. She has since discovered her father, Julian Marriott, had three other children, with Dominic being born in Bournemouth nearly 27 years ago.
She told the Daily Echo: "I always thought this kind of thing happened to other people and you read about it in magazines - I never thought in a million years it would be me.
"It is a very hard thing to have to go through but I am determined to find my brother."
Mrs Read, who lives in a small village called Cley-next-the-sea, has already discovered that one of her half-sisters died at the age of eight. The other lives in the north east and they hope to meet in the near future.
Mrs Read added: "I thought I was an only child for 31 years until last year when my life was turned upsde down.
"I always wanted brothers and sisters and when I found out I had some I knew I had to try to track them down. It is important to me to find them and I feel like I can't rest until I have."
She said she has discovered that Dominic was born to Danielle Macquarrie, whose maiden name was Knockert, and her father, Julian Richard Marriott, on April 29 1980.
