RADIO 1's breakfast show was live from Bournemouth this morning.
Daytime producer of the show Aled Hayden Jones was in the square giving away tickets for the show's Rallyoke, karaoke event, which is being held at the Old Firestation tonight to raise money for Comic Relief.
Aled said: "We have not done anything in Bournemouth for a while although I was here for the road show about eight years ago."
Chris Moyles and the rest of the team arrive on the tour bus at about 3.30pm and Aled intends to spend the rest of his day shopping for a leotard and leg warmers for his performance of Madonna's Hung Up.
One woman was so keen to get a ticket for the Rallyoke event that she incurred a parking ticket.
Although, Aled managed to get the parking warden to remove the ticket after shouting through a megaphone that they were raising money for Comic Relief.
The lucky winner was 24-year-old Kaylie Green who works in publishing.
She said: "I was listening to the radio in the office so I thought that I would come down and try and get tickets."
She donated the contents of her purse to Comic Relief and intends to sing Charlotte Church's Crazy Chick tonight.
