PUPILS and former pupils from Jo Heynes School of Dance came together to present a spectacular performance at the weekend.
The dancers converged on the De La Salle Theatre at St Peter's School, Bournemouth, on Saturday, to present a showcase entitled Oh What a Song and Dance!
Among pupils involved in the show were a number who have since gone on to train further at a range of top dance schools - Poppy Gosling (Body Works), Natalie Llewellyn (The Millennium) and Jessica Webb (Royal Ballet School).
Also taking part was Jo Heynes' son Leon Heynes, who trained at Laines and is now a professional singer and dancer with his own indie rock band, Deride.
This beautifully costumed variety show involved pupils aged from three to 18.
It was organised with a view to raising money for a local children's charity, as yet unspecified.
The school of dance is based in Haviland Road, Boscombe, Bournemouth.
