JAGSHEMASH! This is the first "moviefilm" of Kazakhstani journalist Borat Sagdiyev as he travels the "US and A", plumbing the depths of a cultural chasm.

The road movie structure allows plenty of opportunity for Borat to mingle with real people.

The humour springs from the politically incorrect Borat's interaction with some of America's more humourless individuals, and most of the scripted jokes fall flat by comparison.

Bizarrely, the excellent deleted scenes are funnier than most of the rest of the movie, showing that this is essentially a series of amusing set-pieces.

It never quite hits comedy perfection, but you'll have a lot of laughs along the way.
