ROK Development is celebrating after securing a substantial sale at its £15 million Concept Park office and industrial development in Poole.
It has sold an 11,000 sq ft distribution warehouse on an acre of land to DJ Wrights Dairies for £1.6 million through Goadsby.
DJ Wrights Dairies, formed by the parents of the firm's current owners, has been serving the area for more than 80 years.
The company, currently located at Wolterton Road, Branksome, is set to move to Concept Park in June.
DJ Wrights' managing director, Richard Love, said: "Due to our rapid organic growth we badly need this move.
"Our principal aim is to give local businesses an excellent service at realistic prices from a site that is all but next door to them. Moving to a brand new purpose-built distribution unit at Yarrow Road will enable us to achieve that goal and more."
Once complete, Concept Park will also include a further 24,000 sq ft of warehouse space as well as 18,500 sq ft two-storey offices.
Building is already under way by Rok Development's sister company Rok Building.
Rok Development's Nick Callaghan said: "We recognised that Concept Park is a prime site in an established commercial area of Poole.
"The Tower Park and Mannings Heath area is already home to household names such as Tesco and Topps Tiles which makes it an ideal location for mixed commercial development."
