- There are 54 seats up for grabs in Bournemouth. A total of 208 candidates are contesting the seats.
- In Poole, a total of 173 candidates are contesting 42 seats across 16 wards.
- Bournemouth has elected its first Ukip councillor, 21-year-old Laurence Fear who will represent Kinson South
- Final results for Bournemouth CONS 49, UKIP 1, IND 1, plus one ward (three seats) to declare on Monday
- Final result for Poole is Con 32, Lib Dem 6, Poole People 3 and UKIP 1
- A recount for Winton East will take place at 10am on Monday
