A SUCCESSFUL window cleaning business based in the millionaire’s row of Sandbanks has expanded to another county.
Harvard Window Cleaning, which cleans windows on the peninsula, has seen rapid expansion under owner Luke Rayner.
Now the business is spreading thanks to a franchise being opened near Watford by Kevin Snowling.
The father-of-two spent 30 years working in an office as a manager for BT and after redundancy wanted to take a new direction.
He discovered the opportunity to expand the Harvard Window Cleaning brand near to his home in Hertfordshire.
Luke Rayner said: “I always wanted to expand through franchises and Kevin is the first of them, although I am in advanced discussions with several other interested parties.”
Mr Snowling said: Kevin said: “After I was made redundant I looked at jobs in the same area and began to realise I wanted to do something completely different.
“I looked at a franchise and spotted the opportunity to launch a window cleaning business that was already successful on the south coast.
“Ultimately I hope to take on staff and grow the business in Hertfordshire.”
