POLICE were called to a two-car crash at Holton Heath this afternoon.

Paramedics were also called to the A351 Wareham Road after a green Mercedes and a three-wheeled vehicle collided.

A road closure was put in place at the A35 Bakers Arms roundabout and at Blackhill Road, diverting traffic from the area.

The call came in at 1.40pm.

“The accident itself is at the entrance of the Holton Heath industrial estate,” a spokesperson for Dorset Police said.

Traffic was diverted via Organford close to Sandford Holiday Park.

One person was taken to hospital.
