DETECTIVES who foiled a Bournemouth-based drugs gang are continuing to hunt for four men wanted in connection with the conspiracy.

As reported in the Daily Echo, members of the gang flooded the town with high-grade cocaine. Drugs worth a total of £404,000 on the streets were seized at the end of a year-long investigation by police.

During the group's reign, Aaron Robinson, who was at the heart of all of its activities, hired a so-called debt collector to threaten a drug dealer when funds went unpaid.

The dealer was allegedly told his fingers would be cut off and he would be tortured and killed.

Six members of the group were sentenced at Bournemouth Crown Court last week, including Robinson.

However, four further suspects fled abroad after their arrest, and have not yet been apprehended.

Police believe the four are in Spain and Albania.

Jordan Phillips, 28, Lawrence Windle, 29, and Daut Danaj, 39, were arrested between September 2016 and January 2017 in Bournemouth on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

The trio were released on police bail pending further enquiries but failed to answer bail in June 2017.

Lloyd Stokes, 32 and also of Bournemouth, is also wanted on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

Phillips is described as five feet eight inches tall and of medium build with short brown hair.

Windle is six feet tall and of medium build with a shaven head.

Danaj is five feet ten inches tall and of large build with short brown hair.

Stokes is described as six feet one inches tall and of medium build with cropped brown hair.

Detective Constable Will Pearce, of Bournemouth CID, urged anyone with information as to the men's whereabouts to contact Dorset Police.

Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers.

DC Pearce said: "They are known in the Bournemouth and Poole area and I am certain that someone locally will have knowledge of where at least one of them can be found."

Anyone who sees any of the wanted men should dial 999 immediately. Anyone else with other information should call 101 quoting occurrence number 55170006724 or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111.
