FOR residents of Sandbanks this will come as no surprise - it's one of the two most elite addresses in Bournemouth and Poole.
But for those hoping to claim the other top spot - perhaps those who live in Branksome Park or Talbot Woods - the second address is a bit more of a shock.
It's Bournemouth Pier!
The two locations have been named as the most expensive addresses on the new Monopoly Bournemouth and Poole board, replacing the traditional Park Lane and Mayfair.
The official board game goes on sale on Friday, October 26, when all 33 of the squares will be revealed.
Brownsea Island has already been unveiled as the replacement for the cheapest square, Old Kent Road, and the Daily Echo will also feature.
The game is official with money, counters and rules all the same as the original. Only the street names will change to reflect the local area.
The game is being manufactured by Winning Moves, whose commercial director Mark Marriott said: "Advance orders for the game have been enormous, with a significant number of sales predicted to be from overseas.
"Enquiries have already come in from expatriates in Canada, Spain, Australia and the Far East."
The game will be available in most of the towns' key games and book retailers including WH Smith, Woolworths, Tesco, Debenhams, Beales, Waterstones and Virgin Music.
