A GROWING independent restaurant group based on the south coast is celebrating a series of recruitment successes after employing more than 100 staff from across the region since the beginning of July this year.
Due to an expanding portfolio of restaurants, the Bournemouth-based Independent Restaurant Group will mark its recruitment achievement towards the end of November at the official launch of its newest restaurant, The Print Room.
Managing director Andy Price said: "The recruitment process we have undertaken over the last three months has been extremely succe-ssful. We have recruited a wealth of staff for a variety of positions, across all three of the Bournemouth-based restaurants. One of the main aims for the group now is to ensure that we have employee training programmes in place to develop the skills of the new recruits."
The Independent Restaurant Group comprises three of Bournemouth's most successful restaurants.
Recently awarded four out of five stars by renowned Sunday Times restaurant critic AA Gill, WestBeach prides itself on using the freshest ingredients which arrive at the seafront restaurant every morning.
In contrast Aruba, on Bournemouth Pier, creates a party atmosphere, while serving a variety of fusion dishes inspired by the best cuisine from around the world.
Capturing the 1930s history of an old newspaper print room and the elegance of a traditional Parisian brasserie, The Print Room allows customers to dine in style.
The company is continuing its drive to search for candidates across the region to fill a number of outstanding full and part-time positions. For details, e-mail emily@westbeach.co.uk
