THE hotel and leisure division of Goadsby has sold the Courthouse Café in Lyndhurst to Ian Dunnington and Astrid Wright.
Ian has worked in the catering industry most of his working life and the pair previously operated the West Hatch Hotel in Devon.
Together they have completely refurbished the Courthouse Café that now includes a self-service salad bar.
They also provide all-day breakfasts, as well as afternoon teas which are already proving popular with both residents and visitors to the area.
Mark Nurse from Goadsby said: "I am delighted to have been able to help Ian and Astrid purchase the Courthouse Cafe.
"Though the news is currently full of stories of a rather slow market we are still, as leisure specialists, extremely active and sensibly priced businesses are still achieving sales."
