THOUSANDS of people have flocked to the Wimborne Minster Folk Festival this weekend.
The popular annual celebration of all things folk has seen music, dancing, comedy, workshops and more take place across the town.
Eight monks from the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery also attended and performed alongside Dorset morris dancers during a procession. The monks created an image of a Buddha's palace out of millions of grains of coloured sand at the Priests's House Museum, which was destroyed and scattered into the River Allen by the library.
