A CYCLIST was injured following a hit-and-run in Poole.
Police are searching for the driver of a small white car that reportedly failed to stop after a crash in North Lodge Road, near to the junction with Penn Hill Avenue, on Monday morning.
Police were called at 7.55am.
The cyclist, a man in his 60s, was taken to hospital for treatment to minor injuries.
Police Constable Mark Palmer, of the traffic unit, is appealing for any witnesses to the crash to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email 101@dorset.pnn.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting incident number 1:74.
He would also like to hear from anyone who was driving in the area and may have captured the incident on dashcam.
