ONE of the recently launched Beryl Bikes has been vandalised.
Dorset Police say the seat post and seat were removed from one of the bikes while it was parked in the Co-operative car park, Alder Road, Branksome, Poole.
The incident, being treated as criminal damage, took place from 3.05pm on Wednesday.
A police spokesman said: “If you saw or heard anything suspicious or have any information please call Dorset Police on 101.”
The hybrid bike share scheme launched in Bournemouth and Poole in June and hundreds more bikes are set to be rolled out in the initiative over the coming months.
