ORGANISERS of the Bournemouth Air Festival have announced the times for the RAF Typhoon's display.
The roar of the Eurofighter Typhoon will be heard over Bournemouth's skies on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday during this year's event.
Pilot Flight Lieutenant Jim Peterson will also double up on Friday, by taking to the controls of the supersonic fighter for a special dusk display at 7.35pm.
The aircraft's other display flight times are 4.35pm on Friday, 5.30pm on Saturday and 4.10pm on Sunday.
An air festival spokesman said: "The mighty RAF Typhoon will be thrilling Air Festival crowds later this month, returning after a three-year absence.
"With confirmation of the Typhoon displays those keen festival fans can find details of the full flying display and entertainment line up in the official brochure available to buy online or from a number of retailers across the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.
"With a £6 cover price, the perfect-bound glossy brochure is a stylish comprehensive guide to the 2019 Air Festival.
"Packed with aircraft features, pilot information, site map and stunning photography, crucially each brochure contains a unique and exclusive code that allows access to the live flying programme and, importantly, any daily updates."
A contribution from each sale is divided between the nominated military charities – RNRMC, RAF Benevolent Fund, RAF Association and ABF The Soldiers Charity.
