TRAVELLERS have set up camp in Sandbanks.
A group of six caravans and two campervans arrived at the car-park in Sandbanks over the weekend.
A spokesman for BCP council, which owns the car-park said it was "monitoring' the Sandbanks encampment and would be providing temporary toilets and bin liners in accordance with council policy in order to reduce any contamination to the land.
"The site will continue to be monitored as part of the legal process for the removal of the travellers," said the spokesman.
In 2015 12 caravans arrived in the car-park and in 2017 an eviction order on travellers there was served by Borough of Poole Council.
