WORK is set to begin on a new industrial enterprise park for small to medium sized businesses in Ringwood.
Hoburne Enterprise Park, at Embankment Way, will consist of 21 factory and warehouse units, ranging from 950sqft to 1,860sqft.
Units in phase one of the development will be available for leasehold occupation in July 2020.
It is being built by Hoburne Developments and marketed by letting agent Cowling & West.
Hoburne’s director of development, Paul Campbell said: “Hoburne Development has been involved in the new business park scheme for over two years, and we are confident that demand will be high as we feel these new units will help to fill a gap in the region’s commercial property market.
“Hoburne Enterprise Park will be the first new high-quality factory and warehouse development in the area to be built aimed specifically at small to medium-sized businesses.”
