WE as a family would like to publicly state our appreciation of the wonderful NHS service during a very personal traumatic experience.
Our heartfelt thanks go to all concerned, from the 999 call handler, first response paramedic, the ambulance crew, the doctors and nurses at Poole Hospital A&E Department and all the staff on the RACE Unit.
At a time when we were all in a state of shock, we were very grateful that the expertise of the hospital staff was there when we needed it.
From our very recent and personal experience we would like to say how much we feel that the people of Poole and beyond need and deserve to have a 24 hour A&E service based in Poole.
Our thanks also go to all the staff (at every level) at Poole Hospital, for the first class service they provide.
PRICE FAMILY,
Hermitage Road, Parkstone
