NO, not a train - a cyclist. But don't let that put you off for a second.
Even if you have zero interest in two-wheeled sporting conquests, don't pass by this little gem. The true story of Graeme Obree, who broke the world one-hour record on a bike made from scrap metal and bits of old washing machine, is full of heart and soul without slush. The necessary grit comes in the form of Obree's battles with mental illness (slightly glossed over) and the officious cycling hierarchy.
It's beautifully done on what looks to be a minimal budget, and with a great cast (Jonny Lee Miller, Billy Boyd). If you've never watched a bike race in your life, you'll be absorbed in willing Graeme round the track.
