NEW Zealand's been turning out some cinematic beauties lately, and this vampire tale is no exception.
Set in the fictional Nuovo Zelandia' (see what they did there?) in a sort of pseudo-1960s, what could seem to many a rather pretentious foray into seen-before camera trickery actually turns out to be a rather sophisticated and well-shot twist in the vampirical tale.
With the until-now harmonious relationship between vampires and humans hanging by a thread, Saffron Burrows and Dougray Scott must team up for the fight for humanity.
The roles are well-cast and the gore is just about right, so my advice would be to take a look at this classy little number.
