AFTER the excesses of Christmas, restore your physical wellbeing and inner peace with a new restorative yoga class at the Yoga Lounge, Bournemouth.
Every Saturday in January, the Yoga Lounge Bournemouth, will be running Social Saturdays – a Restorative Hatha yoga class, followed by complimentary refreshments and a chance to socialise and meet like-minded people.
The class is suitable for the complete beginner or the regular yogi wanting to take things back to basics and check in on the core fundamentals of yoga practice and philosophy.
This style of yoga has a strong focus on health and physical wellbeing with the focus on ensuring that the body retains its vitality over the years, thereby lowering the risk of disease and ill health.
Amber Fidler, owner of the Yoga Lounge, said: “Following the hectic festive season, it’s the perfect class to unwind and restore your wellbeing, whilst setting you up for a fabulous 2020! We offer a friendly, welcoming, non-judgemental environment for the complete novice through to the advanced practitioner.”
The class will be followed by complimentary tea and fruit and an opportunity to sit down, meet and chat to like-minded people in a relaxed environment and ask Ishvara questions.
The Restorative Hatha Yoga class will run at 11am on Saturdays starting on the 4th January and is included in an introductory offer of £30 for 15 classes (offer to be used over 30 days). Booking is essential, online via https://bit.ly/35EWQb1 or visit yoga-lounge.co.uk for more information about classes.
