AS THE festive season is now in full swing, the deadline for Amelia's Rainbow Toy Appeal donations is drawing near.
The donations have been piling up in The Echo reception, showing the extent of the public's generosity.
With until December 8 to make a donation, there is still time to add something to your basket while Christmas shopping to donate to the incredible charity.
Children's author Alison Hale has donated a signed copy of her book, 'You Can Tell' to the Appeal, amongst a Santa sack of other goodies.
Amelia's Rainbow are asking for new, unused toys suitable for ages 0-21.
Vouchers are greatly received as many people are unsure what to buy the older children.
Sensory items and age-specific toys are also greatly received by the charity.
It is essential that a wide range of toys and gifts are donated to cater to all age groups.
The Amelia's Rainbow Elves will deliver a tailor-made sack of presents to each child affected by any life-limiting, serious, chronic and terminal illnesses, as well as their siblings.
If you would like to donate to the Appeal, please drop off any donations to The Bournemouth Echo office or to any of the following drop-off points:
