HE did it his way on X Factor, and coming second certainly hasn't hindered him on his own sell-out tour.
Ray Quinn definitely knows how to work a crowd, and that he did with a surprisingly mixed audience - from screaming teenage girls to much older fans after their fix of Rat Pack classics - all of whom really enjoyed the evening.
He exceeded expectations with a mixture of dancing and singing, and even though there were no original songs, it was a chance for a good singalong with a nostalgia-fest including Sinatra's best hits such as Come Fly With Me and tear-jerker My Way.
Ray Quinn, Lighthouse, Poole
It was a typical Poole crowd for the last night of Ray's tour - silent throughout but slightly overenthusiastic at the end, when he received a roaring standing ovation.
Despite thanking the audience once too many times for our support so far, there is no doubt that The Mighty Quinn still has a long career ahead of him.
He may not have hit the same chart highs as his X-Factor rival Leona Lewis, but this show proved Ray is a born entertainer with talent by the bucket-load.
