ROK Development has secured a variety of deals at its £15 million Concept Park office and industrial development in Poole.
The Southampton development firm's latest milestone is no exception as it welcomes two new occupants to its landmark Yarrow Road site.
Time and Data Systems International (TDSi), which employs 25 staff, has now moved into an 8,000 sq ft office unit hot on the heels of Rok Development's sister company Rok Building.
TDSi is right at the forefront of the access control industry, aiming to deliver innovation and reliability across a whole host of sectors including retail, industrial, commercial, financial, health, government and education - and that's to name just a few.
The company provides a full range of products from stand-alone and cost-effective networked solutions to fully integrated advanced access control systems.
TDSi has already made its mark at Concept Park after providing an access control system to new neighbour D J Wrights Dairies.
Nick Callaghan, for Rok Development, said: "Concept Park is a prime site in the heart of an established commercial area in Poole.
"It is already home to household names such as Tesco, UCI and Topps Tiles, which make it an ideal location for mixed commercial development.
"I am delighted with the progress of the scheme and thrilled to welcome two expanding local businesses to our landmark development."
Once complete, Concept Park will also include a further 24,000 sq ft of warehouse space as well as 18,500 sq ft two-storey offices.
John Davies, for TDSi, said: "Our business has expanded over the past few years and we badly needed larger commercial premises to allow the business to continue to grow.
"The company is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and I am delighted to mark this milestone with the move to brand-new offices."
He added: "We can now continue to provide an excellent service from a site that is in the centre of a thriving commercial area of Poole.
"The Rok team has really done us proud and they have provided us with an excellent building tailored to our needs."
D J Wrights Dairies has now moved its 35-strong team to a purpose-built 11,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at the prestigious development.
