Creekmoor's Chris Perrett dominated Bournemouth and District Car Club's Slalom at Matchams Park.
Driving his Class D Subaru Impreza, Perrett completed the 20 tests 14 seconds clear of his closest rival Steve Candy from Verwood - and in the process set 13 quickest times.
Consolation for Candy, who set three fastest times and led the competition during the early tests, was a clear winning margin in Class C finishing 40 seconds ahead of Poole's Andrew Phillips who was giving his Peugeot rally car a run out for the day and set one joint quickest time.
With Perrett taking FTD, Class D honours fell to Chris Damper who went quicker as the day progressed and picked-up four fastest times.
The smallest engine capacity class saw Richard Bailey an easy victor taking more than a minute and a half out of second placed Colin Stewart.
Things were much tighter in Class B where Poole's Michael Stewart had a tight battle for top spot with Bournemouth's Norman Cutler - the pair only separated by 14 seconds.
The award for the top under-25 entrant went to Candy's son Robert who finished fifth out of 11 starters in Class B - just seven seconds ahead of lone lady driver Leanne Harvey.
legis misses out FORMULA BMW race winner Jonathan Legris failed in his bid to win the final place in the McLaren Autosport BRDC Young Driver of the Year competition.
It looked good when the 19-year-old notched up a second, fourth and sixth at Brands Hatch and set two fastest lap times - despite it being his first time in a Formula Palmer race car. He then managed only a fourth and ninth at Snetterton from three races with Formula Ford Festival victor Nick Tandy the eventual winner.
Legris hopes to end his season on a high in the Formula BMW World Final at Valencia later this month.
PETE SEEDED THREE Burley's Peter Egerton is one of the top seeds for today's Tempest Rally, the final round of the BRC Rallymasters Championship.
Driving his HPM Motorsport-prepared Hyundai Accent WRC, Egerton has National Gravel Rally title-winning co-driver Andrew Bargery reading the pace notes with the pairing seeded at three.
They are among a strong 95 starting list for the event, which is a round of seven championships.
Egerton was sixth in the Cambrian Rally and fourth in the Gold Star standings.
TREBLE TROUBLE A series of injury accidents halted the under 1,600cc National Bangers final at Ringwood Raceway after just three laps with the Demolition Derby cancelled as time ran out.
Darren Fletcher, Steve Bessant and a third driver all required medical attention.
Rob King,of Sturminster Marshall, was declared the winner from Rob Donovan and Pete Stanley.
