CHARLES WILLIAM MOTHERS, aged 33 and of Ensbury Park Road, Bournemouth, admits fraud by making a false representation, namely using online banking to transfer £60 to himself in Shillingstone, Blandford on September 8. Community order made. The defendant must have treatment for a drug dependency for six months and comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. To pay £120 compensation. Also admits fraud by making a false representation, namely using online banking to transfer £80 to himself. Also admits having 6.5 grams of cocaine on October 7.

KYLE DARREN EGLINGTON, aged 30 and of Beaufort Road, Southbourne, convicted in absence of damaging a Land Rover in Midland Road, Bournemouth on November 3. Fined £50, to pay £250 compensation, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £250 costs. Also convicted in absence of damaging a Citroen Xsara. Fined £50, to pay £250 compensation.

POOLE

MICHAEL JAMES ROGERS, aged 37 and of Lagland Street, Poole, admits fraud by making a false representation, namely using a bank card that didn't belong to him in Poole on August 20. Fined £80, to pay a £32 surcharge. Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months for breaching a restraining order. No action taken on breach.

ANTHONY RICHARD HEAD, aged 47 and of Rowan Drive, Creekmoor, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order for theft x 3 by failing to attend appointments on four occasions. No adjudication – dealt with for original offences. Committed to prison for six weeks. Also admits stealing two bottles of wine worth £14.75 from Co-op in Wareham on January 30. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. Also admits stealing meat worth £88.11 from Co-op on January 22. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. Also admits failing to surrender on February 14. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. Overall length of sentence –12 weeks.

PURBECK

JASON MCSHANE, aged 32 and of Mortimer Road, Southampton, convicted of assaulting a person by beating her in Wareham on July 13. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made until February 2022. To pay £250 compensation, to pay a £90 surcharge, to pay £650 costs. Also convicted of assaulting a person by beating her on August 10.
