ANTHONY WAYNE BARNES, aged 34 and of Northcote Road, Bournemouth, admits making a telephone call which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress of anxiety in Bournemouth on August 23. Restraining order made until February 2021. Fined £40, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.
MARK SIMMONS, aged 45 and of Meon Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments as instructed on two occasions. Fined £120, to pay £60 costs.
TOBE O'DEA, aged 43 and of Beufort Road, Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle on Whitchurch Road, Christleton, September 16, last year, at a speed in excess of 30mph. Also admitted failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver. Fined £100 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32. Driving licence endorsed with three points.
REBECCA JANET LAURA ELEY, aged 59 and of Bournemouth Road, Poole, admitted failing to give a breath test at the joint emergency service building, Wimborne Road, Poole, on December 12, last year. Community order made with alcohol treatment requirement. Find £50, ordered to pay £400 costs and a £32 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for five years.

TAYAH TERESA STEVIE HAYNES, aged 29 and of Charles Road, Christchurch, admits stealing alcohol and chicken worth £170 from BP in Somerford Road, Christchurch on July 20. Discharged conditionally for nine months. To pay £85 compensation. Also admits stealing a Michael Kors jacket worth £29.99 from TK Maxx in Christchurch on September 23. To pay £29.99 compensation.
POOLE
THOMAS FREDERICK HARRISON, aged 40 and of Osborne Road, Poole, admits committing fraud by making a false representation, namely using a bank card, to make £700 at the Co-op in Good Road, Poole on July 9. Community order made. The defendant must comply with an six-week electronically-monitored curfew. To pay £700 compensation.
MICHAEL JOHN NOLES, aged 24 and of Pine Road, Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Dorset Magistrates's Court on February 26, 2019. Also sentenced for original offence of which the community order was made, that on February 5, 2019, at Bournemouth, used threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Community order made including unpaid work requirement for 50 hours.
