MAGISTRATES jailed a man for 26 weeks after hearing details of 13 separate offences.
Adam David Power admitted six crimes but was also dealt with for a further seven offences for which he had received a community order in the past.
The court heard Power, 37, of Spencer Road, Bournemouth stole alcohol from a number of different shops as well as steak from the Co-op.
He also assaulted a police officer and damaged two cars.
The offences took place between October last year and Sunday March 29.
He was sent to prison for a total of 26 weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21. He was also ordered to pay total compensation of £300.
