A MAN caught in possession of cannabis at Bournemouth's Horseshoe Common has been fined £50.
Homeless Emmanuel Olugbemi Olu Oyelumade, 45, admitted committing the offence on October 8 last year when he appeared before magistrates in Poole on April 1.
He also pleaded guilty to two offences of failing to surrender to custody in Poole on March 20 and on October 25 last year and was fined a further £150.
The court also ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £100.
