SUPPORT for the vulnerable and those in isolation is available from the newly established Ferndown Community Coronavirus Support.
The support organisation is a locally organised charitable group of volunteers who have come together to help residents in Ferndown during the coronavirus pandemic.
Leaflets, donated by the town council, will be hitting the mats of all local residents throughout the whole of Ferndown, Heatherlands, Longham, Hampreston, Stapehill and West Parley with the details of the help they can provide.
Any assistance provided to residents is free of charge.
Members of the organisation can help with shopping collection and drop off, prescription collection and drop off, social telephone calls, help with pets and much more.
The group have a dedicated phone line which is available for anyone to phone for help, support and advice from 9am – 5pm, 7 days a week.
